As the Regional Sales Manager – Southern Latin America, you will ignite growth across the wholesale distribution and engineered systems channels by championing Potter’s industryleading portfolio of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, corrosion solutions, emergency communications, and security products, software, and services. You will energize and expand our existing account base while actively hunting, qualifying, and onboarding new customers who are ready to partner with a market leader. You will own revenue growth in the SOLA territory—which includes Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Perú—driving bold results, surpassing targets, and fueling sustained yearoveryear success.   • Maximize sales efforts by effectively and independently managing your time, expenses, and territory.
  • Create and maintain a territory sales plan to meet annual key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial goals. Monitor performance against targets at least monthly and proactively develop action plans to achieve or exceed expectations.
  • Perform market analysis to identify customer needs and recommend highimpact activities that drive growth.
  • Continually monitor the established customer base to identify opportunities for rationalization and determine where additional geographical or vertical support is needed to meet market demands.
  • Work closely with customers to implement new products and deliver required training.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and shows to promote products and services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, influencers, and key stakeholders to strengthen Potter Fire’s position in product preference and specifications.
  • Manage core travel and entertainment budgets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Experience That Drives Success

  • A minimum of 10 years of direct fire alarm, fire sprinkler, or related industry sales and technical experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage accounts and office responsibilities while traveling up to 75% of the time.
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours to support meetings, customer needs, and industry events.
  • Ability to live within and fully cover the assigned territory.
  • Ability to travel to other South American countries as business needs arise.
  • Strong software proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and Potterdeveloped software products.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information to channel stakeholders, including sales, management, installation, service, engineering teams, local fire officials, AHJs, and end users.
  • Valid driver’s license, passport, and reliable transportation to support business travel requirements.

Location

This is a full-time position, with travel up to 75% of the time. This role will work remotely in the field and in a home office environment.
