This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a strong connection with your colleagues. Although your home office will be your base, you will collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team that may include social workers, psychiatrists, and medical professionals in a Hospice Center setting. This collaborative approach enhances our therapeutic offerings, ensuring that clients receive holistic care tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring each treatment plan is personalized and effective.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
• Work collaboratively with case managers and psychiatrists, helping to coordinate care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing empathy and professional insight.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and engage in initiatives that help reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Your work will involve serving a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing chronic mental health challenges to families navigating complex emotional situations. The characteristics of this population reflect a wide spectrum of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, empowering you to expand your clinical experience and cultural competence.

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Awareness of cultural competence, enabling effective work with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate and timely documentation through electronic health record systems.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy in virtual settings, adapting interventions for a remote environment.
• Familiarity with hospice care principles and the unique mental health dynamics involved in palliative support.
• Engagement in continuous professional development through workshops, certifications, or peer supervision.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials. In addition, our compensation package includes:
