The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding patients and their families through the complexities of mental health and substance use challenges. This role will be conducted in a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility for our team members while maintaining a high standard of care. As a member of our detox center, you will leverage modern telehealth technologies and digital communication tools to connect with patients and their families. • Manage a daily case load of patients seeking detoxification services, providing tailored clinical social work interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect their social, psychological, and environmental contexts.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions to address emotional and behavioral challenges that arise during detox.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure holistic discharge planning, establishing post-recovery resources and referrals.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions clearly within the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings to review patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom may be facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. You will develop expertise in addressing a diverse range of patient backgrounds, and your role will encompass crucial areas such as family dynamics, cultural sensitivity, and crisis intervention strategies. Age-specific knowledge, particularly in working with both adolescents and adults during vulnerable periods, will be advantageous.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient understanding of clinical social work principles, practices, and ethics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical social work experience, ideally within a healthcare or community setting focused on mental health or substance use.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy and support sessions.
• Familiarity with documentation practices in electronic health records, emphasizing accuracy and compliance.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a substantial salary, our benefits package includes:
