In this role, you will act as the primary escalation point for complex cloud issues while driving operational excellence and structured delivery across the team. You will guide engineers, coordinate cloud infrastructure improvements, and partner with engineering, product, and architecture to ensure scalable, reliable services. Responsibilities:· Act as the primary escalation point for complex cloud infrastructure, reliability, and performance issues
· Plan, coordinate, and drive cloud infrastructure improvement initiatives using structured, iterative delivery approaches
· Facilitate team workflows (planning, standups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and effective delivery
· Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize cloud environments through automation and best practices
