Job description

Echo Locum Tenens, an affiliate of Sound Physicians, is seeking Anesthesiologists for locum coverage at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. This opportunity offers flexible shifts with no minimum requirements and competitive pay. Clinicians will provide services across OB, Main OR, and Cardiac units, working collaboratively with CRNAs.

Practice Info

  • Services include OB, Main OR, and Cardiac.
  • The facility is Level 4 trauma, but serves as a tertiary referral center for vascular cases.
  • EPIC EMR – Hospital and OR suites.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with CRNA in OB services and may be called to assist in the main OR if needed.
  • Help in the main OR at night and weekends if a second emergency case occurs for the second room.
  • Supervise CRNAs (max 1) in the main OR.
  • Handle cases including ENT, GYN, Ortho, neuro, vascular, Cath lab, GI, interventional cardiology-EP, bariatric surgery, general surgery, and breast surgery.

Shift & Schedule

  • Flexible shifts with no minimum requirements.
  • OB services 24 hours/7 days per week.
  • Main OR Shifts: Monday -Friday (7a-3p) and (7a-5:30p) and remote call (5:30p-7a), Saturday and Sunday 24 hr remote call.
  • Cardiac shifts: Monday -Friday (7a-5p) and (7a-5:30p) with remote call (5:30p-7a), Saturday – Sunday 24hr remote call, rare call back.
