What are some common challenges faced when working remotely for companies based in Kuwait?

One common challenge is navigating time zone differences, as remote employees may need to coordinate with coworkers or clients in Kuwait’s local time. Additionally, understanding and adapting to Kuwaiti business culture, communication styles, and work expectations is important for building strong professional relationships. Remote workers may also face occasional issues with access to certain online resources due to regional restrictions, so it’s helpful to clarify technical requirements with your employer.
