• Conduct thorough assessments of clients upon intake to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' recovery goals, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, adapting to the specific needs of each client.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and conduct regular progress evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessible care for clients facing limitations or seeking convenience.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation to support ethical practices and continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma related issues. By providing tailored interventions, you will empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and work towards long-term recovery.

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with clients and colleagues.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing a diverse caseload.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in substance abuse treatment, dual-diagnosis clients, or trauma-informed therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.
