• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' concerns and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at optimizing well-being.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using proven modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based on client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly tracking their progression toward these objectives and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face geographical or logistical barriers, ensuring that they receive consistent support.
• Meticulously document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and collaborative peer consultations, enhancing your skills and expertise in the field.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Our therapists are equipped to manage complex cases, allowing for a comprehensive approach in treatment strategies that respect each client's unique background and experiences.

• Valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to practice empathy and maintain a non-judgmental stance toward client challenges.
• Effective organizational and time-management competencies to handle multiple cases and maintain tranquility in a remote work setting.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly within outpatient mental health services, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and commitment to utilizing technology effectively for client engagement.
