Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical care for a diverse caseload of patients, demonstrating proficiency in mental health assessments and treatment methodologies.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to the unique needs of each patient, and ensuring thorough documentation of treatment logs and assessments.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to identify psychological intervention needs, creating and implementing effective treatment plans focused on their goals.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to counsel patients and respond to emergency situations requires cognitive flexibility and emotional sensitivity.
  • Assess the needs of both patients and healthcare providers within our community health clinic, adjusting care strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, incorporating findings into comprehensive care documentation to track progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Develop, document, and revise treatment strategies in a timely manner, while also providing educational resources and support programs for patients and families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a community health clinic setting and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 based on experience and licensure.
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and potential for additional bonuses of up to $2,000.
