ServiceNow Developer (Junior & Senior)
Location: Remote (Supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Anticipated Start Date: July 2026
Position Overview
Emerging Tech is seeking Junior and Senior ServiceNow Developers to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Sustainment and Integration Support Services (SISS) program.
The ServiceNow Developer will support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support critical healthcare technology initiatives. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
Preference will be given to candidates with existing VA access or prior experience supporting VA programs.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and partner organizations to support program objectives
โ€ข Participate in technical design sessions and contribute to solution architecture and implementation
โ€ข Identify project risks, track issues, and assist with mitigation strategies
โ€ข Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and implementation artifacts
โ€ข Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment
โ€ข Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities
โ€ข Maintain continuity of operations across multiple program workstreams

Required Qualifications

โ€ข Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

โ€ข Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
