WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of projects in areas such as physical security, structured cabling, and IT infrastructure. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between MGT and customers throughout project implementation.ย 
  • Provide overall direction for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.ย 
  • Plan and manage projects related to physical security, surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, structured cabling, and related IT systems.ย 
  • Lead internal and external governance meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.ย 
  • Define project scope, objectives, risks, milestones, and implementation strategies.ย 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).ย 
  • Manage communication and coordination between sales, engineering, installation, and customer teams.ย 
  • Oversee procurement, asset management, and logisticsโ€”including chain of custody.ย 
  • Monitor quality control, validate completion of defined scope, and ensure customer satisfaction.ย 
  • Resolve operational and technical issues, using a consultative and customer-first approach.ย 
  • Create, maintain, and archive up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.ย 
  • Mentor Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators and support development of best practices and tools.ย 
  • Evaluate and document lessons learned post-project for continuous improvement.ย 

WHAT YOUโ€™LL BRING:ย 

  • Three (3) or more years of experience of project management experience required in physical security, structured cabling, or IT infrastructure.ย 
  • Certification: CAPM or PMP required within 1 year of hireย 
  • Education: Trade School, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required.ย 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.ย 
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.ย
