About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to automate business processes
- Optimize and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across multiple instances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions
- Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML
- Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, and UI policies to enhance platform functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of system reliability and user satisfaction
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Document technical solutions and process enhancements for knowledge sharing and compliance
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Expert proficiency with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Workflow Editor, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Strong command of ServiceNow data models, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
- Demonstrated experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to excel both independently and in team-oriented, remote work environments
Preferred Skills
- Deep motivation to drive process improvements and organizational efficiency
- Experience presenting technical solutions to leadership
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management
- Familiarity with Automated Test Framework and vendor documentation
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS) and advanced ServiceNow product functionality
- Experience designing applications from concept through MVP
