As a remote jQuery developer, you will frequently collaborate with both designers and backend developers through virtual tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms like Jira or Trello. Designers provide mockups and user interface specifications, which you transform into interactive web components using jQuery. Close coordination with backend developers ensures data flows smoothly between the front end and server-side systems, often requiring regular code reviews, shared documentation, and synchronized deployment schedules. Strong communication skills and proactive updates are key to ensuring alignment and project success in this distributed team environment.

Additional Information

As a company we try to minimize the B.S., provide flexible hours, offer 401k, medical/dental/vision options, and will work with you to figure out what you need to be productive (equipment, home-office, co-working, etc...).
We believe in diversity as a core asset. From the tools we use to the technologies we choose to the people we work with, understanding that diversity in approach, and leading with tolerance over dogma, has always led us to better success. We take pride in the diversity of our staff, and seek diversity in our applicants.
