This position is a 2-year Research Associate position. The primary duty for this position is to serve as the research associate for a range of elements that comprise the Systemic Racism and Resilience Project. These include conducting research to support the implementation of Phase III content for the Way Outta No Way learning platform, draft and revise study guides, and support the development of audience communication elements.

Education and Experience

Master's Degree in relevant field and 2 to 5 research years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with considerable laboratory/ research experience.

Job Competencies

Ability to work independently and see projects through with limited supervision

Effective and clear communication, including writing up results, drafting briefings and academicarticles, presenting findings, and maintaining email contact with group members and interviewees

Keen attention to detail - able to maintain data integrity and present results accurately

Ability to balance and manage multiple research priorities in order to meet deadlines

Creativity: capacity to design research methods, navigate setbacks in order to move project forward, and effectively communicate data stories to varied audiences using a variety of tools.
