Role: Account Based Marketing (ABM) Lead

You'll be the engine behind OLIVER's ABM and nurture efforts in North America, UK and EMEA translating pipeline intelligence into targeted, personalized marketing that drives real commercial outcomes. Working across sales, marketing, and executive leadership, you'll ensure our outreach to enterprise prospects is timely, relevant, and measurable.ย

What you will be doing:ย
- Develop and lead ABM strategies for net-new enterprise acquisition across 1:1,ย 1:Few, andย 1:Manytiersย
- Use account-specific insights and intent data to tailor marketing activity and maximise engagement and conversionย
- Partner with sales, marketing, and executive stakeholdersย across NA, EMEA, and UKย to align on target accounts and share performance insightsย
- Report on monthly account engagement to senior leadership, translating data into clear recommendationsย
- Own all nurture activity across Cold, Warm, and Lapsed audiencesย
- Build andย maintainย a content library mapped to buyer journey stages, ensuring relevance at every touchpointย
- Design and automate behavioural workflows that guide prospects through the funnelย
- Report on individual and brand-level engagement to support sales lead developmentย
- Own CRM and database management across HubSpot and Salesforce for theย key growthย markets (NA, UK, EMEA)ย
- Maintain accurate data entry, segmentation, and platform consistency to support targeted marketing and reliable reportingย
- Ensure key contact engagement data is accessible and actionable for sales and leadershipย
- Evaluate funnel performance across Awareness, Intent, MQL, and Opportunity stagesย
- Use analytics tools to surface insights and recommend improvements to strategy, targeting, and contentย
- Present findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including remote and international collaboratorย
What you need to be great in this role:ย
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an agency or professional services environmentย
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms and methodologies - 1:1,ย 1:Few, andย 1:Manyย
- Strong working knowledge ofย HubSpot and Salesforce, including automation, segmentation, and reportingย
- Confidence building and optimizing nurture workflows based on user behaviour and intent dataย
- Clear, direct communicator - able to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across time zonesย
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, globally distributed teamย
- Proficiencyย with Gen AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and campaign iterationย
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgment to ensure quality and brand alignmentย
- An agentic approach to problem-solving - able to break down complex briefs into actionable steps and work through them systematicallyย
- At the time of thisย posting, the base salary for this position may range from $136,000 to $152,000.ย Individual compensation varies based onย job relatedย factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just oneย componentย of OLIVER's total compensation package
