• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, identifying their unique mental health challenges and creating effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Provide individual therapy while utilizing tailored techniques to promote personal growth, equipping clients with coping strategies that empower them beyond sessions.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking progress through ongoing evaluation methods and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or who prefer remote support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical notes compliant with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, seeking consultation and supervision to enrich your clinical practice and professional development.

Your role will be integral in supporting a diverse range of clients, including couples, children, families, and individuals from varied backgrounds. You will be expected to apply culturally competent approaches, especially when working with marginalized groups, to ensure equitable access to mental health resources.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current, state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience, with a focus on family dynamics and relational therapeutics.
• Demonstrable experience in therapy for couples, children, teens, and families, with a strong understanding of diverse perspectives.

• Experience providing therapy to clients of color and members of the LGBTQIA community.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms to deliver effective remote sessions.
• Engagement in community outreach or educational programs related to mental health awareness.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
