Job Description

Required Skills
    5+ years of experience in graph database development, data engineering, or backend development.
    Hands-on experience with Neo4j, Cypher Query Language, and graph data modeling.
    Experience with Neo4j Graph Data Science (GDS) library and graph analytics.
    Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
    Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL services.
    Knowledge of data integration, ETL pipelines, and working with relational and NoSQL data sources.
    Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Docker, and CI/CD practices.
    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Role Summary
Key Responsibilities

    Design and develop graph data models in Neo4j to support complex business relationships and analytics use cases.
    Write, optimize, and maintain Cypher queries, stored procedures, and graph algorithms for efficient graph traversal and pattern matching.
    Implement and leverage Neo4j Graph Data Science (GDS) algorithms such as PageRank, Community Detection, Similarity, and Pathfinding.
    Build and maintain graph data pipelines to ingest data from relational databases, APIs, files, and event streams into Neo4j.
    Develop integrations with enterprise applications using Python, Java, and JavaScript Neo4j drivers.
    Expose graph services through GraphQL and REST APIs for downstream applications and AI/analytics platforms.
    Manage Neo4j environments, including indexing, query tuning, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    Establish graph governance standards covering schema management, data quality, security, access controls, and operational best practices.
    Collaborate with architects, data engineers, AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable graph solutions.
