Job Description
• Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions;
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Java development;
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team;
• Act as a subject matter expert on Java technologies and frameworks.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
80,000 to 100,000 USD
