  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Python. 
  • Build and optimize microservices and APIs using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Kafka for high-throughput, event-driven architectures. 
  • Leverage AWS and Google Cloud services deliver secure, resilient, and cloud-native applications. 
  • Implement containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Integrate MongoDB and Vault for data persistence and secure secrets management. 
  • Apply AI/ML tools and APIs to enhance product intelligence and automation. 
  • Utilize AI-powered development tools to streamline builds, testing, and productivity. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and DevOps Engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement. 
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability. 
  • Document system designs, technical decisions, and implementation details for knowledge sharing. 
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence. 
  • Adhere to company policies, employment terms, and evolving business directives, including team changes, work location flexibility, and shift adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 4 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • 4 Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Kafka for backend development
  • 3 years Exposure to modern architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless computing, and event-driven architecture
  • 3 years Knowledge in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms 
  • 3 years of understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration for scalable deployment
  • 2 years' experience with MongoDB and secure secrets management using Vault
  • 2 years Familiarity with AI/ML tools and integrating them into SDLC
  • 2 years' Experience with modern development productivity tools, including AI-assisted coding platforms
  • 2 year's Experience with performance optimization, monitoring, and logging tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare domain and understanding of healthcare data and workflows
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Git, and GitHub Actions
  • Experience in training team members
  • Hand-on experience with AI productivity tools such Github Copilot

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
