Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years specifically in Salesforce.com development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity.
  • Strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
  • Experience working on Salesforce integrations and API-based solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL, Apex Triggers, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Experience working with REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL standards, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and Apex coding limitations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

  • Experience working on at least 3 to 5 Salesforce projects involving LWC and OmniStudio.
  • Experience with OmniStudio in multiple projects or at least one project with 10+ months of OmniStudio implementation experience.
  • Experience with Aura framework and Lightning platform development.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and web services.
  • Experience using Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, or Eclipse IDE.
  • Experience working with Apex Data Loader or ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or MuleSoft is preferred.
  • Experience with database development, SQL, PL/SQL, schemas, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with Health Cloud implementations in healthcare environments preferred.
  • Experience with Agentforce and Data 360 is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Flosum or similar DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Java or .NET technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with onsite and offshore coordination models preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, and Lightning technologies.
  • Build and customize Salesforce solutions including integrations, workflows, validations, and automation.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components and reusable UI components.
  • Implement and maintain OmniStudio/Vlocity solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Support deployment activities and resolve deployment issues.
  • Develop unit tests and ensure code quality using Salesforce testing best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, onsite teams, and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
  • Maintain Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and user configurations.
