Job Overview:

Pay Range: $52hr - $57hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot with Apache Spark.
  • Experience with AWS, Python, and Kafka.
  • Experience building agents using large language models (LLMs) in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end to end application architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Kafka, Spark, and Linux environments to support complex capitation based healthcare processing with high reliability and performance.
  • Define and evolve architectural standards that apply proven design patterns to ensure modularity, maintainability, and consistent implementation across multiple engineering teams and projects.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate capitation domain requirements into clear architectural blueprints that guide development and testing activities.
  • Guide engineering teams on best practices for microservice oriented designs including integration patterns, data flows, and deployment strategies optimized for hybrid work models.
  • Review solution designs and technical specifications to ensure compliance with security, scalability, resiliency, and regulatory expectations within healthcare and payer ecosystems.
  • Optimize application and infrastructure configurations on Linux platforms to achieve predictable performance, resource efficiency, and stable operations for capitation payment workflows.
  • Build agents powered by large language models (LLMs), further strengthening innovative solution development in the healthcare domain.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams such as data analysts and operations specialists to architect solutions that improve accuracy and timeliness of capitation calculations and settlements.
  • Provide architectural oversight during implementation by validating code structures, integration logic, and configuration decisions against defined design patterns and standards.
  • Assess existing systems for technical debt and architectural risks then propose remediation strategies that enhance stability, reduce defects, and improve long term maintainability.
  • Architect interfaces and data models that can seamlessly support provider data management capabilities ensuring consistency and integrity of provider information across systems.
  • Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and infrastructure options relevant to Java and Spring ecosystems then recommend adoption approaches that align with organizational strategy and cost effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present architectural documentation such as diagrams, decision records, and migration plans that clearly communicate solution direction to both technical and nontechnical partners.
