Job Description
ITTConnect is seeking an Appian Developer to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a contract position, potentially long-term, with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Telecom area (internet, mobile, cable TV provider).
Job location: Atlanta preferred or Remote.
Job Duties:
  • Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications
  • Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required
  • Understand the differences between REST, SOAP and the basic design principles in integrating to Web Services
  • Works with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse
  • Building critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components in Java
  • Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other COTS products
  • Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements
  • Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models.

Requirements
MUST HAVE requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of overall IT experience
  • Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified
  • Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers
  • Knowledge of at least one major programming language (Java, Python, etc)
  • Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms
  • Should have done multiple integrations with external systems
  • Ability to scope Appian Projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
