  • Write Production-Grade Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following object-oriented programming principles and established team standards.

  • Operational Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production systems independently or collaboratively within the POD.

  • CI/CD Pipeline Utilization: Utilize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and automated software delivery.

  • Continuous Learning & AI Adoption: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging cloud/API technologies, and advancements in AI; proactively identify opportunities to adopt and leverage AI-native tools and practices for continuous process improvement.

  • Peer Mentorship: Provide guidance and peer mentorship to junior team members, while actively learning and absorbing architectural knowledge from Senior and Principal Anchors.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent work history.

  • Strong proficiency in software development principles and practices.

  • Experience with the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Knowledge of coding standards and best practices.

  • Experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
