Job description

Job Title: Epic Prelude Analyst
Position Type: Contract until 12/31 (Possible extension)
Location: 100% REMOTE

Pay range: $60-65/hr W2

Description:

  • Responsible for configuring, testing, optimizing, and supporting the Epic Prelude module, with a focus on patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic data management.
  • Partners with operational and clinical stakeholders to improve front-end revenue cycle workflows, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and support upgrades, enhancements, and new clinic implementations.
  • Utilizes Epic Prelude expertise and RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) experience to streamline registration processes, improve user adoption, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Epic Prelude certification required; RTE experience preferred.

 

Required Skills:

  • Epic Prelude Certification required. Must provide a copy of their Epic certification (PDF) downloaded from the Epic UserWeb/Website within the last six months as proof of their active certification.
