As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and user focused enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, RESTful APIs, microservices, relational databases, and AWS cloud technologies. You will work closely with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, Product Owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver mission critical solutions that support application modernization and business operations. This role emphasizes strong software engineering fundamentals, full stack application development, collaboration, continuous learning, and the delivery of high quality solutions in an Agile environment. You will also have opportunities to use AI assisted development tools to improve code quality, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and engineering productivity while following security, compliance, data privacy, and Responsible AI standards. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. An equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered. • At least two years of professional software development experience involving both frontend and backend application development. • Hands-on experience with Java 8 or newer, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST APIs, JSON, microservices architecture, and object oriented design principles. • Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. • Proficiency with ReactJS, including React Hooks, Redux, React Router, component lifecycle management, state management, and modern frontend development practices. • Strong JavaScript skills, including DOM manipulation and asynchronous programming. • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. • Experience with schema design, data modeling, normalization, SQL development, and query optimization. • Experience developing and consuming RESTful web services and integrating applications with internal and external systems. • Experience with AWS cloud services, cloud native application development, containerized environments, and modern software deployment practices. • Experience using source control, CI/CD, and software lifecycle management tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms. • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and collaborating with cross functional teams. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. • Sponsorship is not available for this position.Preferred Qualifications
