This full-time position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setup while primarily serving multiple school environments. Our team is dedicated to providing clinicians with the necessary tools, training, and support to ensure their success. In addition to traditional office hours, our operations are open Monday through Saturday, allowing you to create a personalized schedule that fits your needs and those of your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize effective therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, to support your clients' progress in achieving their individualized service goals.
  • Document and communicate findings and treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams through thorough notes and participation in regular patient rounds to ensure integrated care.
  • Provide ongoing case management that involves collaboration with educators, social services, and community resources to address diverse client needs holistically.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to continuously enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with emerging practices in mental health care.
  • Maintain ethical standards through timely and accurate completion of documentation as required by the department, ensuring compliance with the best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse student population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family issues, and adjustments to school life. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a focus in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
