PeopleTec is currently seeking an Army Logistics Subject Matter Expert / Senior Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL (hybrid / remote) location.
PeopleTec is seeking an Army Logistics Subject Matter Expert / Senior Analyst to support the TAPO H47 ER Analytics effort. The candidate will provide specialized Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA) logistics expertise supporting supply, materiel readiness, property accountability, sustainment, maintenance support, and logistics-process analysis. The candidate will apply hands-on ARSOA logistics and Rubix experience to analyze operational data and processes and ensure analytical products accurately reflect Army logistics operations.
Duties:
  • Provide ARSOA logistics and sustainment SME support.
  • Conduct logistics, supply, property, readiness, and process analysis using Rubix and supporting systems.
  • Analyze materiel demand, requisitioning, supply status, inventory, stockage, issue, turn-in, and accountability information.
  • Evaluate Supply Support Activity processes to identify trends, deficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvements.
  • Analyze property-accountability processes and data affecting readiness and asset visibility.
  • Evaluate relationships among aviation maintenance, supply, logistics, and operational readiness.
  • Validate Rubix logistics metrics, dashboards, reports, and analytical products.
  • Translate Army logistics requirements into analytical/software requirements.
  • Support data-quality/reconciliation activities and brief findings and recommendations.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 10+ years directly relevant ARSOA logistics, supply, sustainment, or related experience.
  • Extensive understanding of Army logistics and supply processes.
  • Hands-on Supply Support Activity experience.
  • Experience with Army logistics information systems supporting supply, maintenance, materiel management, or property accountability.
  • Experience with requisitioning, inventory, materiel accountability, issue/turn-in, stockage, and property accountability.
  • Ability to translate Army logistics data/processes into actionable analysis and technical requirements.
  • Travel: Less than 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire (or able to obtain), and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree required. Minimum 10+ years of directly relevant Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA) logistics, supply, sustainment, or related experience.

Physical Job Requirements:
  • None beyond normal requirements associated with office, remote, and occasional customer-site work.

Desired Skills:
  • Prior hands-on Rubix experience.
  • Direct ARSOA/160th SOAR experience.
  • Army aviation logistics and sustainment expertise.
  • Advanced Supply Support Activity expertise.
