**Inventory Specialist**


We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory records, track organizational assets, receive and distribute materials, and maintain accurate stock levels. This role supports daily operations by ensuring inventory is organized, accounted for, and readily available.


**Key Responsibilities:**


* Maintain accurate inventory and asset records

* Receive, inspect, store, and distribute inventory items

* Perform inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations

* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

* Update inventory databases and Excel spreadsheets

* Support warehouse operations, labeling, packaging, and shipping

* Ensure compliance with inventory control and safety procedures

* Assist with annual audits and asset verification activities


**Requirements:**


* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

* Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus
