Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle OTM Cloud. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, integration, and production support for transportation and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation and logistics operations.
  • Design and configure Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud) solutions based on business requirements.
  • Configure transportation planning, execution, shipment management, and freight payment processes.
  • Configure rates, itineraries, lanes, service providers, locations, equipment, and transportation networks.
  • Work on shipment planning, optimization, tendering, tracking, and shipment execution.
  • Configure rate management, rating, cost allocation, and freight settlement.
  • Develop and configure automation agents, saved queries, workflows, and business rules.
  • Support inbound and outbound transportation processes.
  • Configure and support OTM integrations with Oracle Fusion SCM and other enterprise applications.
  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, interfaces, and extensions.
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop test scenarios, test scripts, configuration documents, and functional design documents.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Finance, and Logistics teams.
  • Provide production support and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OTM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle OTM Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory.
  • Experience with end-to-end transportation/logistics implementations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
