Required Skills: 

• Knowledge and experience of implementing Segmentation use case across enterprise value chain (in 6-7 of the 9 domains below) 

   1. Demand & Supply Planning: Attribute-based supply and demand matching 

   2. Purchasing: Source/manage at segmentation level, segmentation-based supplier selection, PO pricing, split valuation 

   3. Production Execution: Segment-based multi-level MRP, routing, batch determination, availability of finished/bulk/formulation, advanced planning 

   4. Quality Management: Segment-based quality planning, inspection, results reporting 

   5. Inventory/Warehouse Mgmt.: Segment-based inventory movement, stock management, transfer order processing, handling units, batch determination 

   6. Sales: Segment-based transaction processing, availability check, back-order processing, pricing, special sales scenarios (consignments, third-party, etc.), country of origin/destination 

   7. Product Costing: Segment-based costing at valuation type 

   8. Regulatory & Compliance: Attribute-based target customer shipping, management of material proliferation, end-to-end tracking & reporting 

   9. Sustainability: Segment-based reverse logistics, refurbishment, etc.  

• Experience in running client workshops with independent charge, providing best practices, challenge status quo, bring market stories, help client make decisions within limited time 

• Experience in Hands-on configuration, functional specs development, testing, data preparation, cutover activities 

• Overall, 10-15 years of experience with 3-5 years of focused experience in SAP Segmentation at multiple customers
