IT Help Desk Specialist
The Opportunity:
Provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.
You Have:
  • Experience providing support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client, server, storage, or network devices, or mobile devices
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Ability to follow appropriate disposal guidance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a System Administration, Network Administration, or CS field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with the Air Force or DoD
  • Experience with system administration, including Windows 11, Group Policy, Active Directory, vESD IAO Express, Tanium ARAD, EiTAAS, and Purebred
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,800.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
