Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Service Representative. This role plays a key part in supporting the complete post-sales cycle, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a positive experience for both customers and internal teams.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will manage order entry, issue resolution, and customer communication while providing excellent service to both internal staff and external customers. This person will communicate with customers, internal departments, vendors and the sales team to provide the best candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have B2B manufacturing CS experience and previously used a CRM and EDI system. Soft skills require detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and positive support during all customer and team interactions.
  • Enter, track, and confirm orders accurately; communicate updates as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability.
  • Research and resolve order or service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of systems, inventory control, and order processing.
  • Process returns, credits, and adjustments as necessary.
  • Support sales teams and build lasting customer relationships.

  • Full cycle customer service includes order entry to final delivery.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
