Location- Remote

 
Job Description-
 
  • We are looking for a Cincom Control Functional Consultant to support and enhance enterprise financial and inventory applications, including Control, Control++, and associated systems.
  • The role involves providing functional support, resolving issues, working with business users, and ensuring smooth system operations across financial and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Cincom Control and Control++ applications
  • Investigate and resolve user issues, system anomalies, and interface failures
  • Support financial processes including GL updates, cost adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Perform data corrections and transaction processing as per business needs
  • Monitor and handle daily operations (suspensions, reports, message queues, inventory checks)
  • Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide functional guidance/training
  • Manage and resolve tickets from ServiceNow, email, and Teams
  • Support integrated systems and ensure data consistency across applications
  • Participate in enhancements, testing, and production releases
  • Work with IT, database, and vendors for issue resolution, SQL-based fixes, and application maintenance

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Cincom Control (functional support)
  • Good understanding of financial systems (GL, costing, reconciliation)
  • Experience supporting integrated enterprise applications and interfaces
  • Ability to analyze and resolve data and system issues
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases
  • Experience in application support or AMS environments
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
  • Familiarity with incident/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Ability to work across functional and technical teams
