CPMC is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead to validate the performance of IT services provided and to meet the changing business demands and expanding shared services portfolios. The Senior Quality Assurance Lead shall provide a QMP to implement the proposed service assurance and performance approach for ensuring timeliness, quality, and performance are achieved. The QMP shall describe the program’s approach to monitoring, measuring, and reporting performance and managing agreements (e.g., SLAs, Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)) among the contractor, Government, and Government-managed third parties to ensure continuity, compliance, and a positive impact on the customer experience.

This position shall perform the following (to include but not limited to) activities:

  • For expedited approval, modify the list below and add/remove as needed.
  • Plans and directs analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Analyzes production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing, human resources, and other business functions in order to develop new or modified information processing systems
  • Consults with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements
  • Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
  • Writes and maintains functional specifications for new or modified business systems
  • Consults and coordinates with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop automated business systems
  • Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing
  • Consults with business unit management and personnel to obtain additional information during system development and evaluate alternatives
  • Directs and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs
  • Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications
  • Assists others in the writing of or creates user documentation, instructions, and procedures
  • Monitors and documents postimplementation problems and revision requests
  • Prepares time and cost estimates for completing projects
  • Escalate issues to vendor and thirdparty entities, as necessary and directed by the Government.
  • Manage, monitor, measure, and report SLA, XLA, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance. The contractor shall automate performance reporting and deliver reports through the Enterprise IT Dashboard.
  • Execute performance reviews at the request of the Government.
  • Periodically review and recommend SLA, XLA, and KPI improvements.
  • Submit proposed SLA exclusions in writing. SLA exclusions require the written approval of the GSA IT TPOC and AAS COR prior to exclusion from the SLA calculation.
  • This following are REQUIRED for this position:
  • Public Trust Clearance by start date.
  • ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification, may be obtained within 120 days after hire.
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting shortterm project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a full and/or partial remote environment with limited supervision and may supervise/lead others.
  • Possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients.
  • Maintain standard working hours per the DIGIT contract and to be available for meetings, and other collaborative efforts during working hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments with the ability to use practical experience and training to determine how to accomplish tasks.
  • The following are DESIRED for this position:
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Slack, and ServiceNow.
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including holidays as scheduled.
  • The following are the education and experience required for this position:

  • 7 12 years of experience and bachelor's degree
  • Experience as a remote worker demonstrating time management and self discipline with cultural change management and Agile mindset.
