Role Descriptions: Project Overview: Implement OSCAR Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enable electronic batch records (EBR) along with equipment and OCPLM integration for CSD Frederick Manufacturing. Justification: The EBR is needed to mitigate the occurrence of batch record-related errors, automate the capture of batch records providing easier access and a clear audit trail, and enhance efficiency by decreasing manufacturing lead times.
Role Scope / Deliverables: As an IT Business Analyst at Client, you'll contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions to advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency. Working in an agile environment, you'll help define and document business requirements, create user stories, facilitate and lead workshops, and ensure successful solutions delivery. This role offers opportunities to work with advanced technologies while making meaningful contributions to critical business initiatives. This role works closely with Manufacturing Operations, primarily within the Frederick, MD facilities, but also across various sites and with other IT teams as needed.

• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with software development or configuration tools
• Life Science industry background is a strong plus
