Pay Range: $32.00 - $46.44 per hour

Summary:

Join a team where data drives impact. As an MDM Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the master data that powers critical supply chain operations across our health system. From item and vendor records to financial and operational data, your work will directly support smarter procurement decisions, cost efficiency, and ultimately, high-quality patient care.

In this role, you’ll collaborate across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Accounts Payable to ensure data integrity across multiple systems, including ERP and inventory management platforms. You’ll also have the opportunity to build meaningful reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau—transforming complex data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain pristine master data across multiple systems, including Lawson, Workday, PAR-Excellence, and Q-sight
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive data management protocols
  • Create compelling, actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams
  • Partner closely with Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to support procure to pay and business intelligence needs
  • Align financial data management with supply chain operational requirements
  • Support invoice processing, cost tracking, and financial reporting initiatives
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA and other innovative tools
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support smooth technology adoption
  • Continuously refine data management practices and system capabilities
  • Work with our distributors and vendors to ensure accurate demand planning
  • Ensure EDI transactions are processed accurately
  • Continuously develop their skills and knowledge, either through training programs, readings, conferences, departmental training programs or some combination of these.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in supply chain operations or data management
  • Demonstrated expertise with healthcare ERP systems

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with Lawson, Workday, or similar ERP platforms
