Job description

CourtAvenue is a company of industry experts accelerating digital transformation for the world’s most ambitious companies.

At CourtAvenue, you will be a part of a culture powered by entrepreneurs, technologists, data scientists and the habitually restless dedicated and energized to design products and services that transform businesses while optimizing them for growth. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a culture that values innovation while focusing on redesigning the experience between consumer and service (or product) by leveraging a fluid, seamless, and thoroughly transparent engagement.

In 2026, CourtAvenue launched a dedicated MarTech practice, bringing enterprise platform strategy, systems integration, and digital experience delivery under one roof. Our MarTech team works at the intersection of the CMO and CTO, designing and implementing platform ecosystems across Adobe CX Enterprise, Contentful (now part of Salesforce), Optimizely, and emerging composable stacks. This is not custom development for its own sake: it is disciplined, standards-driven platform delivery that earns trust with client IT and marketing leadership alike.

In the MarTech practice, the Business Analyst works at the intersection of marketing, technology, and client operations. This means translating requirements across Adobe CX Enterprise, Contentful, and Optimizely engagements, bridging client stakeholders, creative teams, and platform engineers so everyone is working from the same understanding. You need to know how platforms store and deliver content, what integration looks like at the workflow level, and how to document requirements that a technical team can act on without re-interpretation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering across Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets) engagements, including migrations, integrations, and platform implementations

  • Translate business and marketing needs into system-level requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development teams can execute against without re-interpretation

  • Uncover and document platform-specific constraints: namespace requirements, content modeling limitations, integration touchpoints, and workflow dependencies in AEM environments

  • Serve as the connective tissue between client stakeholders, enterprise architects, creative teams, and delivery teams, communicating what each group needs in their language

  • Own a prioritized backlog; facilitate business and technical working sessions, stakeholder interviews, and sprint planning support

  • Create functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user scenarios that document decisions and reduce rework

  • Identify functional gaps and recommend solutions grounded in Adobe platform best practices

  • Ensure requirements are captured, approved, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle

  • Produce training material for clients and facilitate enablement sessions

  • Represent CourtAvenue credibly in client-facing sessions, including with client IT and marketing operations stakeholders

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a BA or requirements-focused role within a digital agency, consultancy, or systems integrator

  • Adobe Experience Manager experience is required; you do not need to be a developer, but you must understand how AEM structures content, how AEM stores and serves assets, and how platform constraints shape requirements

  • Demonstrated experience documenting platform-specific integration or migration requirements, including scenarios where source and destination systems have structural or naming differences

  • Ability to translate technical platform constraints for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements into actionable technical documentation

  • Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Google Workspace

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client working sessions and facilitating stakeholder alignment

  • Experience working within Agile delivery cycles, including writing user stories and supporting sprint ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications

•   Experience with Contentful, Optimizely, or other enterprise CMS platforms

•   Omnichannel or multi-platform implementation experience

•   Healthcare or regulated industry client experience

Final compensation will be determined based on total related experience as well as geography of the candidate selected

Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Candidates for this position will ideally be located near one of our offices:

o Minneapolis, MN

o Chicago, IL

o Cincinnati, OH

o Los Angeles, CA

Candidates located in Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, or Bentonville, AR will also be considered.
