Location requirement: Must reside in the Atlanta metro / North Georgia area and be within driving distance of Alpharetta, GA.

What You Will Do:

  • Connect and integrate data sources, develop calculations, and publish dashboards in Tableau Server
  • Manage Tableau content, including user permissions at folder and workbook levels
  • Design and build advanced Tableau visualizations using complex calculations, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions
  • Partner with departmental leaders to develop and maintain customized analytical dashboards
  • Support the creation and communication of insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist leadership in delivering financial and operational updates using key performance metrics and benchmarking data
  • Contribute to the development of operational metrics and benchmarks to drive performance optimization
  • Prepare materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings, including presentations and reporting packages
  • Build, enhance, and maintain operating and financial models and analytical reports
  • Conduct industry-specific research, with a focus on hospitality trends and performance drivers
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support based on business needs
  • Support implementation and deployment of business intelligence tools and platforms
  • Assist with database engineering efforts, including development within SQL and Snowflake environments
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support overall business objectives

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of analytical experience in a business, finance, or data-focused role

  • Must have extensive experience with Tableau

  • Experience with SQL and Snowflake preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders
