Our client seeks a Business Analyst/Portfolio Manager to support portfolio management for the Wi‑Fi organization across multiple core portfolios. The role will coordinate intake, roadmaps, schedules, and prioritization while partnering with engineering, development, testing, and leadership teams. The successful candidate will apply an analytical approach, maintain rigorous documentation, and drive autonomous portfolio management tasks to keep initiatives on track.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with portfolio management for the Wi‑Fi organization across 4–5 core portfolios.
  • Translate metrics and data into clear presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage team requirements, prioritization, and communication with executive leadership while assisting project managers in defining the roadmap.
  • Coordinate deliverable schedules with portfolio teams.
  • Own intake processes, road mapping, bandwidth facilitation, and alignment of product requirements with engineering capabilities.

Experience Requirements:
  • Expert analytical approach to understanding and communicating program and project data.
  • Proven ability to plan and prepare for organization‑wide meetings, including PI Planning.
  • Ability to assess and document current and future state within software development.
  • Expertise in portfolio documentation management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with leads, developers, testers, and peer groups.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and self‑driven work style.
  • Ability to work independently and drive portfolio management tasks autonomously.
  • Business acumen oriented and comfortable working alongside technical teams; telecom background is a plus.
