Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data for treatment.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's aspirations and life circumstances, continuously adjusting them based on therapeutic progress.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, ensuring a comfortable environment conducive to open discussion.
• Respond to crisis situations, employing appropriate intervention strategies while ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and staying current with mental health practices and industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work primarily with adult clients presenting a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in guiding these individuals toward healing and empowerment through therapeutic support and advocacy.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, fostering strong rapport with clients through active listening and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, treatment plans, and documentation efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Previous work with diverse populations and varied clinical issues.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
