Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to support clients in improving their mental health.
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering insight and self-awareness that can facilitate personal growth.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Evaluate clients' mental health status, employing a solution-based approach to create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize our Counselor Portal, an intuitive platform that streamlines scheduling, client management, and case documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client base values the convenience and accessibility of virtual mental health services, and your expertise will guide them toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed by the State Board as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with no limited or provisional licenses, and free from disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with a history of effective treatment planning and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a sympathetic approach and superior listening abilities.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and navigating digital health platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing your own caseload, with proven effectiveness in client advocacy and delivering client-centered care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly those aligned with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
