• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse clientele, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and strengths, creating personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy to facilitate meaningful discussions and interventions during sessions.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments, feedback, and changing client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
• Engage with an intuitive practice management system for efficient appointment scheduling, documentation, and client communications.

• Previous experience collaborating with insurance providers for credentialing and reimbursement processes.
