• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific therapeutic needs.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will significantly impact clients' lives as you navigate their therapeutic journey, providing them with the tools and resources necessary for healing and growth. You will be instrumental in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, enabling clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a safe space for clients to share their concerns.
• Possess strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, ensuring professionalism and ethical practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and practices.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet varying cultural and individual needs.
