Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video therapy sessions with clients, typically lasting 45 minutes, utilizing a solution-focused approach to address their mental health needs.
• Engage in active listening and provide therapeutic interventions based on assessment outcomes and client needs.
• Utilize advanced telehealth technology for seamless client communication while complying with all relevant privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to ongoing training and discussions regarding best practices in mental health counseling.
• Monitor and track client progress effectively, preparing documentation as required by the telehealth platform.
• Ensure high-quality therapeutic care by managing client relationships and maintaining consistent follow-ups.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve clients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and relationship issues, as well as those needing grief counseling. All clients on our platform are stable and present low acuity needs, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful therapies without the stress of crisis management.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold valid, independently licensed credentials, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing you to provide unsupervised services.
• No discipline actions on your professional license are acceptable.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth or online counseling are preferred. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, especially solution-focused therapy, will be an advantage in tailoring effective care for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes a yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, reflecting your hours worked and the level of expertise you bring. Additionally, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus for new hires. Full-time therapists will receive a monthly stipend to assist with medical, dental, and vision benefits, alongside a commitment to weekly direct deposit for prompt payment.
