• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000, contingent upon your experience, education level, and geographic considerations.
