  • Practices nursing according to Franciscan Alliance and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations. Evaluates one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant studies, rules, and regulations.
  • Provides service to those we are privileged to serve, internal and external, via phone, electronic and in person. Applies written and verbal communication skills on multiple levels, and leverages analysis and critical thinking to support provider.
  • Facilitates communication between telemedicine providers and patients, family, and staff.
  • Captures data for continuous and quality improvement.
  • Secure the appropriate virtual health equipment for patient interaction. report and escalate virtual health technology or equipment use.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of workflow changes, policy and procedures documentations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Speak fluently English - Required
  • One-year direct RN experience - Required
  • One-year virtual health experience - Preferred
  • Onsite attendance - required
