• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize solution-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique requirements of each patient, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress consistently and accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will serve a diverse client population, primarily those seeking help through our Detox Center. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the mental health needs of individuals undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation, providing them with the tools necessary for recovery and long-term health improvements. You will work directly with clients facing substance use disorders, trauma, and various mental health challenges, helping to guide them towards successful recovery milestones.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; candidates with a focus on clinical social work are preferred.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings, providing psychotherapy and intervention methods.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based therapeutic strategies and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team dynamics and sharing knowledge with peers to improve overall patient care.

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, we encourage applicants with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
