• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges, such as substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Implement and adapt evidence-based interventions, ensuring each client receives tailored support based on their evolving needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records to track client progress and efficacy of treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with a dedicated and multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health providers, to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in case consultations and continuous professional development opportunities to stay informed about advancements in clinical practices and therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing the complexities of substance use disorders and mental health issues like trauma, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State is mandatory.
