Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding and seeking Canadian-based Physician Recruiters, Nursing Recruiters, and Business Development professionals to support our growing U.S. healthcare staffing operations.

What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based healthcare roles
  • Recruit for:
    • Physicians (Psychiatry, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesiology, Surgery)
    • Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs)
    • Nursing roles (RNs, specialty and hospital-based positions)
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare clients
  • Support business development efforts with U.S. hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Manage high-volume and/or high-value requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver talent solutions for urgent and ongoing staffing needs

What We're Looking For
  • Experience recruiting physicians, APPs, or nurses (preferred)
