L3Harris is seeking a Senior Subcontracts professional with strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement with broad knowledge of project management. This role manages complex procurements, projects and processes that can be inside or outside of their immediate job area with general oversight. Responsible for managing multiple Government procurements in support of multiple Government Programs, with a key focus on 1-3 highly visible/complex suppliers. Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction. Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is [$79,500 MIN - $147,500 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
